Regina Célia da costa Melo is originally from: Rio de Janeiro –Niteroi and is descendant of Portuguese, Germans and Brazilians.
Graduated in Fashion Designer from the University of Rio de Janeiro -Cândido Mendes in 1997, she has come to London were she did a course of History of Art in 1998.
In 1998 she returns to Rio de Janeiro and has opened her atelier/workshop of gifts and embroidered dresses.
She has now returned to London since 2015, and has begun to paint to express her feelings and that became her form of auto analysis.
She works in Portobello outside market, an antiques fair in London, where she sells her paintings and latest creations.
She has exhibited in Paris at the Salon Art Shopping Carrousel Du Louvre in 2017
and at Fusion IV International Contemporary Art Exhibition in 2018 by The Cult House in London.
