The power and strength of women fascinate me.
I let myself be guided by my feelings. I am moved by themes such as peace or the position of women in society. I am fascinated by the expression of women and their strength, regardless of their origin or skin colour.
Sometimes I just like the structures which I use as the background for my paintings.
My art is born from thoughts of transience. It is a wall on a wall in terms of aesthetics. This is an art that plays with several elements: Ranging from street art across collage, painting and typography up to stencil art.
I was fascinated by the materials. The women and their expressions also fascinated me.
The life which exists in the here and now, the power and the strength of the women, that's what I wanted to express.
Her compositions have up to 15 layers.Read more

The German-Italian artist Patrizia Casagranda (* 1979, Kreÿeld, Dtl.) First Graduated with honours from the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences in 2002 and attended the painting academies in Nice, RavensburĀ and Trier.
After changing jobs as a Graphic designer (including for Güntherf Uecker and Markus Lüpertz), she has been working freelance since 2015, in phases in Germany, the Netherlands and India.
Thanks to her unmistakable style, she was able to experience considerable success on the part of the international art scene after a short time.
She creates expressive symbioses with elements from collage, painting, stencil technology, street art and typography.
Her motifs are mostly set up as a thematically homogeneous series of images in which the artist follows a certain subject or a special aspect of materiality.
