After a career as a design consultant I now dedicate my time to my unique form of 3 dimensional collage.
Using techniques I have developed, I transform flat pictures into fascinating illusions of perspective often manipulating them (by accentuating the colours for instance) to take them away from plain photos.
By printing several copies I cut out sections and layer them on top of each other to achieve my effects. These are often very fine or small elements cutting with a scalpel.
Mostly the images are my own but I also arrange with photographers to use their work or I buy from photo libraries. I select subjects which lend themselves to my forms of manipulation.
I have exhibited at a number of art fairs and Exhibitions.
