Hitomi graduated from an art university in Japan and after winning a Gold Medal with her first charcoal drawing she began to
Exhibit her works in Paris in 2002 where her planet-scapes were

Since she moved to London in 2010, her abstract
Paintings were developed into sculptural style with her unique
Technique of molding paint into a soft material.
Her works have been written by both web and paper based
medias, and exhibited in Museums and commercial galleries.
Hitomi is an influential, innovative and unique artist, she says:
By using artificial objects such a sculpted roses, tiles, light bulbs or invented devices, I intend my work to make people explore the universe of the artificial and discover the poetry in humanity.
Influenced by Buddhism, my attempt enlightens my inner cosmos which can reflect the outer cosmos.
My works shine as a result of focusing on the light and shadow of our existence
