Fiona Bennett is a Visual Artist taking an Alternative MA (TOMA) with Metal in Southend On Sea.
She has successfully exhibited in East Anglia, Italy and London including the RA Summer Exhibition and the East Anglian Open.
Fiona says "My practice investigates and traces the changes taking place in our town and city centres documenting, recording and re-presenting visual aesthetics’ in two or three-dimensional form, in the UK and abroad.
The social centres of our communities are like living breathing creatures that are born, grow, develop, evolve and die.
Just as a piece of music or an aroma can evoke memories of the past, so can an image freeze
'a moment in time'.
