Applying a vocabulary that is beyond superficial, Fabrizio Acquista, a young Italian artist, works through a particular sensitivity reflecting his controversial inner thoughts.
Sharing a specific point of view towards what surrounds him, the basis for his artwork vary from canvas, to wood, paper or any other support he founds at hand.
In a time where the art universe doesn’t give much space for an artist to emerge, Fabrizio keeps approaching his practice without any fear of exposure. Nowhere boy, he is unquestionably an original artist, lonely and too dense to be cracked. “Show me, do not tell me” remains as his ideal that is why he does not like to justify the artworks, leaving us with the statement: “sometimes you don’t need words to express what you think.”
Fabrizio was born on the 16th of June, under the sign of the Gemini, and he lives in between Italy, United States and UK. He achieved the scientific maturity in Prato, to then attend the course of engineering construction/architecture at Rome University, later Fabrizio graduated in graphic design/art direction at Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan. Since very young, art became an unconditional love that still drives him to create and share new emotions each time.
